We're Hiring: Odoo Developer & Functional Consultant 📍 Location: Cairo, Egypt 🏢 Company: CULTIV Bureau 💼 Employment Type: Full-Time 📊 Experience: Mid-Level to Senior (3+ Years) About CULTIV Bureau At CULTIV Bureau, we help businesses scale through digital transformation, business process automation, and intelligent technology solutions. We're looking for a versatile Odoo Developer & Functional Consultant who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. This is a hybrid technical-functional role. You'll be responsible for understanding clients' business processes, designing ERP solutions, and developing and implementing them. Key Responsibilities 1. Functional Consulting & Business Analysis - Engage directly with clients to understand their business operations, challenges, and requirements. - Analyze existing workflows and recommend process improvements. - Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. - Configure Odoo modules to meet business requirements. - Conduct client demonstrations, user training, and system handovers. - Support clients throughout implementation, testing, and post-launch optimization. 2. Odoo Development & Customization - Develop and customize Odoo modules using Python, XML, and JavaScript. - Build custom workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation. - Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party applications. - Customize existing Odoo modules and develop new modules when needed. - Handle data migration, system upgrades, debugging, and performance optimization. - Maintain clean, scalable, and well-documented code. 3. ERP Implementation & Project Delivery - Lead Odoo implementations from requirements gathering to deployment. - Configure and customize modules such as CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and Project Management. - Identify opportunities to use standard Odoo functionality before recommending custom development. - Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. - Troubleshoot functional and technical issues. Requirements Technical Skills - 3+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo development and implementation. - Strong proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and JavaScript. - Experience with Odoo ORM, QWeb, and custom module development. - Experience with API integrations and third-party systems. - Familiarity with Git, Linux, and Odoo deployment environments. Functional & Consulting Skills - Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes. - Practical experience implementing multiple Odoo modules. - Ability to gather requirements and independently translate them into working solutions. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and client-facing capabilities. - Ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders. - Good command of English.
