Key ResponsibilitiesRequirement discovery Lead requirement workshops with client business owners; separate real business pain from requested features. Model current and target processes as a CFF (cross-functional swimlane flowchart) per process. Write the BRS: business pain, goals, scope, business requirements and success measures — business language only, no systems. Solution design Produce the SAD (Solution Architecture Document) for every digital solution: layered capability boxes, integrations, data, roles, security and deployment model. Design for simplicity: reuse the Lab’s component library first, configure before customising, avoid over-engineering. Keep each SAD under version control with named responsible people; make the SAD the group standard. Specification & handover to the Software Lab Translate the SAD into an SRS the Lab can build from: functional requirements, user stories, screens, business rules, reports and acceptance criteria. Agree HLD and LLD with the Lab’s technical leads; run a formal handover and obtain the Lab’s confirmation that the pack is buildable. Stay the single point of clarification between client and Lab during the build; review sprint demos against the SAD. Testing & acceptance Prepare UAT scenarios from the acceptance criteria; run UAT with the client and obtain written sign-off. Obtain milestone acceptance certificates so Revenue can invoice without delay. Deployment & configuration Deploy releases to client or cloud environments, with Infrastructure & Cyber for hosting and security. Configure the product for the client: organisation, roles, workflows, forms, rules, notifications, Arabic content. Plan and run data migration and loading: cleansing, mapping, trial loads, reconciliation. Deliver integrations with other client and government systems. Training & adoption Build training plans, materials and user manuals in Arabic and English; train end users, super-users and administrators. Manage go-live, cut-over and change-management activities that make users actually use the system. Support & continuous improvement Run hypercare after go-live, then application support under agreed SLAs. Capture enhancement requests; manage change requests and variation orders with Contracts & Legal. Sector leadership Build and lead the Solution team; set methods, templates (CFF, BRS, SAD, SRS, UAT, training) and quality reviews. Own delivery, acceptance and timely invoicing for the sector; run the sector’s Unit PMO and report to the Master PMO. Support Product & Offering in developing solution offers, and Sales in pre-sales.
