Role Description The Senior Payroll & Personnel Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based at Groovy Aesthetic clinics in Heliopolis. This role involves managing end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely salary calculations, deductions, and payments for all clinic staff. The specialist will handle payroll taxes, garnishments, and coordination with payroll service providers, while maintaining compliance with relevant labor and tax regulations. Daily responsibilities include updating personnel records, coordinating with HR on employee lifecycle events, resolving payroll-related inquiries, preparing payroll reports, and supporting audits and internal controls. The role also requires close collaboration with management to provide insights on payroll costs and personnel data. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Payroll Administration and Payroll Processing. Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Payroll Taxes and related regulatory compliance. Candidates should possess experience with Garnishments and handling statutory deductions. Candidates should possess familiarity with Payroll Services and coordinating with external providers. Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll and personnel functions, preferably in healthcare or service-oriented environments. Strong proficiency in HRIS or payroll software and MS Excel. Knowledge of local labor laws, benefits administration, and personnel documentation. Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, numerical accuracy, and time management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across HR, finance, and operations teams.
