Innovative Work Solutions is seeking a Healthcare AI Research & Evaluation Specialist to research emerging artificial intelligence (AI) tools and evaluate their potential to improve healthcare operations, administrative efficiency, and clinical workflows. The ideal candidate has a background in healthcare technology, digital health, research, or AI and can translate complex information into clear, practical insights to support leadership decision-making. Key Responsibilities Research AI tools and emerging technologies relevant to healthcare operations, clinical workflow support, revenue cycle management, and quality improvement. Evaluate AI solutions based on practical applications, workflow compatibility, privacy, security, and suitability for healthcare environments. Prepare clear research summaries, comparative analyses, and recommendations for leadership. Identify relevant AI conferences, webinars, industry events, and professional learning opportunities. Monitor healthcare AI trends and identify opportunities for organizational improvement. Collaborate with Operations, IT, Compliance, and Clinical Leadership to align research with organizational priorities. Consider ethical, compliant, and equitable use of AI in healthcare. Requirements Experience with AI, digital health, healthcare technology, or technology research and evaluation. Strong research, analytical, and critical-thinking skills. Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical information. Understanding of healthcare workflows and operational processes. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver clear findings in a remote environment. Nice to Have Experience working with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) or safety-net healthcare providers.
