Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled AI developer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications, AI agents, and workflow automation solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and modern AI technologies. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering skills with hands-on experience in generative AI and the ability to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions that address real business challenges. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and intelligent automation solutions. Build and maintain LLM-based applications, including AI assistants, AI agents, knowledge retrieval systems, and workflow automation tools. Design and implement agentic workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph and other AI orchestration technologies. Develop and optimize prompts, AI workflows, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective AI solutions. Integrate AI capabilities with existing systems, databases, APIs, and business applications. Evaluate, test, and improve AI model performance, reliability, and user experience. Contribute to machine learning initiatives, including data preparation, model development, and performance analysis when required. Monitor AI solutions in production and continuously improve their effectiveness, scalability, and efficiency. Job requirements: 2+ years of relevant experience Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI development frameworks. Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and RAG architectures. Experience with agentic AI patterns, tool/function calling, and multi-step workflow orchestration.
