About the job QualificationsStrong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with diverse customers and colleagues. Proven Customer Service abilities with a focus on empathy, problem-solving, and maintaining positive client relationships. Demonstrated Sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in travel, tourism, or related fields. Experience in Training or coaching team members on products, sales techniques, or customer service best practices. Background in Sales Management or lead roles, including pipeline management, performance tracking, and team collaboration. Knowledge of religious tourism destinations and requirements (e.g., visas, regulations, seasonal demand) is highly beneficial. Ability to work on-site in Heliopolis, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM or booking systems; prior experience in an online travel agency is a plus.
