Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and supporting sales targets through effective communication and follow-up. The Specialist will assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives, preparing presentations and proposals, and participating in promotional activities and events. Daily responsibilities include engaging with prospective and existing customers, addressing inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns. The role also requires tracking performance metrics, maintaining accurate records in relevant systems, and providing input to improve sales processes and customer experience. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders. Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to generate leads, close deals, and support the achievement of revenue goals. Candidates should possess Training skills to help onboard new team members and support knowledge sharing on products, services, and sales techniques. Candidates should have basic knowledge of marketing principles and familiarity with digital marketing tools or platforms. Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
