ORIGINAL JOB DESCRIPTION
About the Job
Araby Brand is one of the leading performance marketing companies in the Middle East, and we are hiring a true Performance Marketing Manager—not a Senior Media Buyer with a managerial title. You will lead a multi-client paid growth portfolio and a team of Media Buyers across MENA. You will own strategy, budget governance, measurement, client leadership, and operating quality across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads. We need a leader who can personally diagnose account performance, then build systems that make the whole team faster, more accurate, and more scalable. What you will own Paid growth strategy, forecasting, and budget allocation across multiple clients and markets Performance and measurement governance across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat—all four platforms are mandatory Portfolio health, priorities, risks, and operating quality across a multi-client book of business Team leadership: account allocation, coaching, quality assurance, capacity planning, hiring input, and performance management Client leadership: executive business reviews, expectation management, recovery plans, and critical escalations Measurement ownership across GA4, GTM, pixels, events, Conversion API, offline conversions, CRM reconciliation, attribution, and data quality Creative testing, funnel diagnosis, CRO collaboration, and full-funnel reporting SOPs, dashboards, decision logs, launch checklists, risk controls, and continuous improvement Commercial health: client retention, portfolio growth, scope discipline, and sustainable profitability You will translate revenue, pipeline, or qualified-lead targets into funnel assumptions, channel strategy, budget scenarios, and clear forecasts. You will make risks visible early, lead incident response when tracking or performance breaks, and ensure every major decision is tied to evidence and a documented next action. Reporting line: Performance Director. Employment: Full-Time. Work model: Three days from our Maadi office and two days remotely, under the Araby Brand Remote Work Policy. Requirements What we are looking for 5+ years of progressive Performance Marketing experience, with clear evidence of leading people, pods, or a multi-account portfolio Proven agency experience managing simultaneous accounts, client deadlines, workload planning, quality assurance, escalations, and commercial accountability Current, hands-on experience across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads. Practical experience on all four platforms is mandatory MENA multi-market exposure, ideally including Egypt, Saudi Arabia, or other GCC markets Experience across both E-commerce and Lead Generation, with an understanding of qualified leads, revenue quality, contribution margin, LTV, payback, and retention Strong measurement capability across GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixels and events, Conversion API, offline conversions, CRM feedback loops, attribution, and data quality Ability to coach and review Media Buyers through delegation, quality assurance, one-to-ones, performance management, hiring input, and capacity planning Ability to lead client business reviews and defend strategy with founders, CMOs, and senior stakeholders A disciplined testing mindset built around hypotheses, success metrics, decision rules, documented learning, and clear scale-or-stop actions Strong analytical and English communication skills, sound commercial judgment, and high professional integrity You will be successful here if you can prove your decisions and results with numbers, context, and a clear personal role; distinguish platform-reported ROAS from real business performance; handle measurement uncertainty methodically; and lead difficult client or team conversations calmly. Operational requirements Full-Time availability Ability to work three days from our Maadi office and two days remotely Ability to use a reliable personal laptop that meets the role's security and performance requirements How to apply Submit your CV and at least two case studies showing the business context, monthly budget band, channels, your exact role, team size, baseline, result, timeframe, measurement limitations, and what you would do differently. Do not share confidential client data without authorization. Include your Expected Monthly Salary (EGP). Benefits What we offer Medical Insurance Social Insurance Training Allowance Transportation Allowance Remote Work Policy Quarterly Bonus Yearly Profit Share Equity Track You will join a high-expectation performance organization where decisions are grounded in evidence, leaders have real ownership, and strong work can shape both the team's operating standards and the commercial outcomes of a growing multi-client portfolio.
