Job Title Change Management Specialist Change Management Specialist Job Summary We are looking for a Change Management Specialist with 2–3 years of experience, preferably within the Banking or FinTech sector, to support the planning, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of technology changes. Key Responsibilities Support the end-to-end Change Management process. Review and monitor Change Requests to ensure they are complete and properly approved. Coordinate CAB meetings, including preparation, follow-up, and documentation. Ensure changes are properly assessed for risk, impact, testing, implementation, and rollback. Coordinate with technical teams to ensure changes are ready for implementation. Monitor change progress, approvals, and SLA compliance. Maintain accurate change records and management reports through the ITSM tool. Support the handling of Normal, Standard, and Emergency changes. Track change performance and support PIR and continuous improvement activities. Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and governance requirements. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in Change Management, ITSM, IT Operations, or a related technology role. Experience in Banking, FinTech, or Financial Services is preferred/required. Good understanding of ITIL and ITSM concepts. Experience with an ITSM tool is preferred. Good understanding of technology and production environments. Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills. Ability to work with multiple teams and manage competing priorities. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred ITIL 4 Foundation certification.
