We are building a comprehensive property ecosystem covering listing management, subscriptions, digital wallets, marketing tools, and advanced analytics. This role will design and deploy Odoo ERP for internal operations and implement a CRM used by brokers, agents, and developers on our platform, all connected to a shared database with our core system. * What You’ll Do • Implement and customize Odoo ERP for Finance, Accounting, HR, Payroll, and Project Management • Build and deploy an Odoo CRM for platform subscribers (brokers, agents, developers) • Design workflows for lead management, deal pipelines, and client communication • Integrate Odoo with our backend services, payment systems, and platform database • Build dashboards for subscriptions, revenue, and user activity • Develop custom modules and integrations using Python, Odoo ORM, and REST APIs * Strong Plus We value candidates who can go beyond configuration and also develop custom Odoo modules, including: • Python-based module development • Custom views, reports, and automations • API integrations with external systems • Frontend customization using OWL (Odoo v16/v17) * Requirements • 3+ years of hands-on Odoo implementation experience • Strong skills in Python, PostgreSQL, Odoo ORM, and module development • Experience with ERP modules (Accounting, CRM, HR, Invoicing) • Experience integrating Odoo with external systems via APIs • Knowledge of Linux, Docker, and server administration • Strong English communication skills * Nice to Have • Experience in real estate or proptech platforms • Odoo certification (Functional or Technical) • Experience with Stripe, PayPal, Moyasar, HyperPay, or Geidea • Knowledge of Saudi VAT and Zakat compliance * Why Join Dwelleo?
