🚀 WE’RE HIRING | Sales & Booking Coordinator 📍 Location: Cairo, Egypt 💼 Employment Type: Full-Time 💰 Base Salary: 8,000 EGP + commision structure About VEND VEND is Egypt’s first online marketplace for event supply rentals, made to reshape the way events are planned and executed. We’re looking for an energetic, organized, and customer-focused Sales & Booking Coordinator to join our team and help drive sales while delivering an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities * Manage incoming inquiries through WhatsApp, social media, and our website. * Understand customer needs and recommend suitable rental solutions. * Prepare quotations and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. * Follow up with potential customers and close sales. * Work along side the operations team to finalize availabilty and pricing * Track customer inquiries, bookings, and sales performance. * Ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the booking process. Requirements * 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field. * Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Fluency in Arabic and English. * Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. * Experience in events, hospitality, or rentals is a plus.
