Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Application Development Supervisor (.NET-AI/LLM) role based in Cairo, Egypt. The supervisor oversees the design, development, and maintenance of .NET applications and AI/LLM solutions that support Xceed’s business processes and client services. Daily responsibilities include leading a development team, assigning tasks, reviewing code, and ensuring adherence to best practices, security, and performance standards. The role involves collaborating with IT, operations, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver scalable, maintainable applications. The supervisor also monitors project progress, manages timelines and risks, supports database integration, and drives continuous improvement by evaluating new tools, frameworks, and AI technologies. Requirements:- - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum 4 years of software development experience, including 2+ years in a senior or leadership role. - Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and REST APIs. - Experience with PostgreSQL or SQL Server. - Good knowledge of React or Angular. - Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies. - Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and LLM integration is a strong advantage. - Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and problem-solving skills.- Fluent in English.
