Head of Finance

We’re hiring: Head of Finance Mighty Foods | Cairo, Egypt This is an opportunity to shape the financial engine of a growing food business. Mighty Foods is looking for a senior finance leader who wants more than a reporting role someone who can influence strategy, improve decision making and help build the systems, discipline and visibility needed to scale across food manufacturing, importing and distribution. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will have a direct impact on cash generation, profitability, operational performance and future growth. You will lead an established finance team, work closely with commercial and operations leaders, and help turn financial insight into better business decisions. Key responsibilities · Lead budgeting, rolling forecasts and financial performance reviews. · Manage cash-flow planning, working capital, banking relationships and foreign-currency requirements. · Develop profitability visibility by brand, SKU, channel and customer. · Strengthening manufacturing costing, inventory financial controls and factory performance analysis. · Evaluate pricing, promotions, commercial terms and capital investments. · Oversee accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance and audit coordination through the Accountant Manager. · Coach the FP&A Analyst, challenge assumptions and turn analysis into actionable recommendations. · Improve finance processes, ERP reporting and internal controls. What we’re looking for · Substantial progressive finance experience, ideally 15+ years, including 5+ years in a leadership role. · Relevant experience in FMCG distribution and manufacturing finance. · Strong capability in cash management, FP&A, costing and financial control. · Practical knowledge of Egyptian accounting and tax-compliance processes. · Strong Excel and ERP skills. · A degree in Accounting or Finance ACCA, CPA, CMA or equivalent is preferred. · High Communication skills How to Apply: Send your CV to career@mighty-foods.com or apply via direct message.
