We're looking for an experienced and results-driven Technical Project Manager to lead our software development projects, coordinate technical teams, and ensure successful product delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage software development projects from planning to deployment. Coordinate across Technical team lead. Manage sprint planning, task assignments, priorities, and deadlines. Monitor development progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Collaborate with the Product Owner to manage and prioritize the product backlog. Identify technical bottlenecks, dependencies, and project risks. Oversee release planning and coordinate production deployments. Ensure development teams follow Agile/Scrum best practices. Track team performance, productivity, and project KPIs. Provide regular progress reports to management. Improve development workflows and delivery processes. Requirements 3+ years of experience in technical project management within software development companies. Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Solid knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies. Good understanding of Backend, Frontend, Mobile Development, APIs, and cloud infrastructure. Experience managing cross-functional development teams. Proficiency in Jira, ClickUp, or similar project management tools. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Good command of English. Nice to Have Previous experience as a Software Developer or Technical Team Lead.
