Duties & Responsibilities Respond promptly to all customer inquiries. Actively participate in the receipt process for the new securitization portfolio. Resolve all outstanding items promptly. Follow departmental guidelines for processing and control procedures while maintaining a high level of quality and performance. Complete all required documents and tasks, implementing strong controls to mitigate potential risks. Maintain high productivity and ensure all transactions are processed within established turnaround times. Comply with securitization vault guidelines for record-keeping of all commercial and financial instruments, including cheques, contracts, and promissory notes. Complete all assigned tasks accurately and on time.
