Role Description The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo. This role is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing ERP systems to support core business operations across real estate development, hospitality, and construction. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing business processes, translating requirements into ERP workflows, managing data integrity, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure system alignment with operational needs. The ERP Specialist will troubleshoot system issues, support end users, provide training and documentation, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive process improvements and system enhancements. The role also involves working with external vendors or implementation partners as needed to support upgrades, integrations, and new module deployments. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and ERP software, including system configuration, maintenance, and user support. Candidates should possess skills in business process and business process improvement, with the ability to map, analyze, and optimize workflows across multiple departments.
