Key Responsibilities Monitor and ensure compliance with QMS requirements, GMP principles, SOPs, internal procedures, and applicable standards. Manage and follow up on CAPA activities from identification through implementation and effective closure. Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues, non-conformities, and audit findings. Plan, coordinate, and participate in internal, external, customer, and certification audits. Prepare audit documentation and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure audit readiness. Follow up on audit observations, findings, and corrective actions and ensure timely closure. Conduct periodic compliance assessments to identify gaps and areas for improvement. Monitor recurring deviations and non-conformities and support the implementation of preventive actions. Ensure proper implementation and compliance with quality procedures and documentation requirements. Prepare and maintain compliance, audit, and CAPA reports and KPIs. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality systems and compliance. Promote quality and compliance awareness across different departments. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in QA, Quality Compliance, Quality Systems, or a similar role. Previous experience in manufacturing is preferred, particularly in pharmaceutical, cosmetics, food, packaging, or related industries. Strong practical knowledge of: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Very good command of English and Microsoft Office.
