Role Description The Purchase Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm 2nd 6 October. The role is responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing activities, including identifying suppliers, requesting quotations, negotiating prices and terms, and issuing purchase orders according to company policies. The Purchase Specialist monitors stock levels, tracks order status, and coordinates with warehouse and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation. Daily tasks include reviewing purchase requests, analyzing pricing and quality, maintaining supplier records, and preparing regular reports on purchasing performance and cost savings. The role also involves supporting process improvements, ensuring compliance with internal controls, and contributing to reliable supply of products and materials needed for operations. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Purchasing Processes and Purchasing, with the ability to follow and improve standard procedures. Experience in Purchase Management, including vendor coordination and buying decisions aligned with business needs (Cosmetics or Pharma experience is a must). Proficiency in handling Purchase Orders, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper documentation. Demonstrated Analytical Skills to evaluate suppliers, compare offers, control costs, and support data-driven decisions. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in purchasing or procurement, ideally in cosmetics, retail, or FMCG sectors. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
