Role Description The Application Development Supervisor (.NET) is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. This position oversees a team of application developers, guiding the design, development, testing, and deployment of .NET-based applications that support Xceed’s business and operational needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising software development activities, reviewing code and technical designs, coordinating with project managers and business stakeholders to define requirements, and ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with standards. The supervisor monitors project timelines, manages priorities, and supports team members through technical mentoring and performance feedback. The role also involves collaborating with IT operations on release management, maintaining databases and integrations, troubleshooting production issues, and contributing to continuous improvement of development processes and tools. Requirements:- - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum 4 years of software development experience, including 2+ years in a senior or leadership role. - Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and REST APIs. - Experience with PostgreSQL or SQL Server. - Good knowledge of React or Angular. - Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies. - Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and LLM integration is a strong advantage. - Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Fluent in English Show more
