Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SOC Analyst Team Leader with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity operations to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will lead a team of security analysts to monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents, ensuring the protection of our organization’s digital assets. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage and mentor a team, streamline SOC processes, and collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall security posture. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of SOC analysts to ensure effective monitoring and response to security events. Develop and implement SOC operational procedures and improve incident response workflows. Conduct regular security event analysis and escalate incidents as necessary. Coordinate with IT and security teams to mitigate vulnerabilities and enhance defense mechanisms. Provide training and mentorship to SOC team members to build technical expertise. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest cybersecurity threats and industry trends. Prepare and present regular reports on security incidents and SOC performance metrics. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in a SOC analyst role with leadership responsibilities. Strong understanding of security information and event management (SIEM) tools. Experience with incident detection, investigation, and response. In-depth knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security technologies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team leadership and cross-department collaboration. Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are preferred. Show more
