We Are Hiring: Payable Accountant EMAJ for Trading & Engineering A Leading Company in Commercial Kitchen Equipment Solutions Location: New Nozha – Heliopolis 2 Days off (Friday & Saturday) Key Responsibilities: • Verify and record supplier invoices, and apply relevant tax requirements to supplier invoices. • Reconcile supplier accounts and statements, Prepare supplier payment schedules • Record expenses, and monthly payments accurately, allocating them to the correct cost centers. • Monitor operating expenses and report deviations from approved budgets. • Support month-end closing and prepare reports on supplier balances, payments, expenses. Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, majoring in accounting. • 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in accounts payable. • Good knowledge of supplier reconciliation, payment processing, and monthly closing. • Familiarity with tax requirements related to supplier invoices. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
