As a core leader reporting directly to the General Manager / Operations Director, you will optimize our complete operational workflow—from material readiness and production planning through manufacturing, quality control, packing, and dispatch. If you are a strategist who thrives on driving productivity, enforcing OSHA safety standards, and implementing Lean Manufacturing principles, we want to hear from you. 📋 Key Responsibilities Operations & Production Management: Plan, organize, and oversee all factory workflows to ensure production targets are executed according to project schedules. Planning & Logistics Coordination: Align production priorities with project deadlines, managing material flow from receipt through to final dispatch. Performance & Cost Control: Drive operational KPIs, reduce production waste, manage factory budgets, and minimize machine downtime. Quality Assurance & Process Control: Maintain strict compliance with international standards, promoting a culture of "Right First Time."
