Requirements: Strong experience with Node.js and backend development. Very good knowledge of REST APIs and API integrations. Good knowledge of SQL and data structures. Very good understanding of Docker and microservices. Experience with Microsoft Bot Framework, chatbot development, and NLU models. Experience with Azure and Genesys eServices. Good knowledge of Linux. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Apache/Nginx is a plus. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain chatbot applications using Microsoft Bot Framework, REST APIs, and Azure. Design and implement NLU models and complex conversational flows. Build scalable chatbot backend microservices using Node.js. Design and maintain SQL databases and queries. Integrate chatbots with external systems and services. Manage Genesys eServices and support server configuration when required. Show more
