What you'll do: ● Managing the assigned Dark Store cluster (3-5 DS) effectively across fulfillment and logistics. ● Oversee Team Leads in the daily operations of their respective store. ● Ensure adherence to SOPs. ● Support in manpower allocation across stores. ● Addressing issues and supporting the team in achieving their best performance. ● Crunch numbers and derive insights and recommendations to improve operations. ● Ensure timely and clear communication with all stakeholders. What you'll need: ● Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations ● Good analytical skills with proficiency in Excel ● Good communication and coordination skills ● Ability to roll up sleeves and get your hands dirty ● Capable of working in highly ambiguous situations comfortably ● Understanding Ops metrics and stakeholder management ● Ability to accommodate flexibility in the work schedule Who will excel?
