Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Agent role based in Cairo. The Insurance Agent will advise prospective and existing customers on insurance products, including life, health, and other personal and business coverage options, aligned with their financial needs and goals. Daily responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting consultations, preparing quotations, and closing sales in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, handling inquiries and policy servicing, and coordinating with underwriting and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely processing. The Insurance Agent will also monitor market trends, participate in sales meetings and training, and contribute to achieving individual and team performance targets. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance, with the ability to explain coverage options clearly and ethically. Experience in Insurance Brokerage or distribution channels, including working with different products and providers. Foundational knowledge of Finance to support needs-based analysis and basic financial planning discussions. Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and long-term relationship building. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including confident presentation and negotiation abilities. Proven ability to work toward sales goals, manage a pipeline, and organize time effectively. Comfort with using CRM systems and digital tools for lead management, reporting, and customer follow-up. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in insurance or financial services sales is an advantage.
