Achieve and extend agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule. Prepare the rental agreement while advising on and up-selling vehicles and optional extras to the customer according to their needs and manage vehicles status change on systems. Maintain accuracy of all financial transactions related to rental agreement and ensure that all assigned transactions are done successfully. Communicate via telephone and email to confirm the reservations and drop offs in an efficient manner. Follow up on the logistics of the vehicles and ensure that all required documents are handed to CSA, Fleet checker. Assist branch with returning and turnaround of vehicles as needed Perform other job duties as assigned to meet the business needs Requirements Bachelor's degree of any discipline. 1 - 3 Years of experience in customer service or sales Self-motivated and driven by targets with a proven track record in sales.
