We're Hiring: Senior Cloud Engineer | Join Our Team! 📍 Location: Maadi, Cairo, Egypt 🏢 Work Mode: On-site IT-Supporters is looking for an experienced Senior Cloud Engineer to join our team and help design, manage, secure, and optimize cloud environments across Microsoft and Google platforms. Key Responsibilities: Analyze customer business and technical requirements and recommend suitable cloud solutions based on their needs. Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and Proofs of Concept (POCs) in collaboration with the Sales team. Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft 365, Azure, and Google Workspace environments. Administer cloud tenants, users, licenses, and system configurations. Monitor performance, optimize cloud resources, and manage costs. Implement security policies, Identity and Access Management (IAM), data protection, and compliance controls. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide advanced technical support. Integrate cloud platforms with business systems to improve operational efficiency. Create technical documentation and support a smooth handover from pre-sales to delivery. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. +4 years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365, Azure, and/or Google Workspace. Strong knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, and Microsoft Purview. Proven experience with tenant migrations, IAM, security, and compliance controls. Scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Azure CLI); Infrastructure as Code (IaC) is a plus. Pre-sales or customer-facing experience, including solution design, proposals, demos, and POCs. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
