Presales Engineer

Role Description The Presales Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Cairo. This role is responsible for collaborating with the sales team to understand client requirements, prepare technical proposals, and design integrated solutions that align with Crystal automation offerings in smart homes, KNX system,and customized interiors. The Presales Engineer will conduct product demonstrations, provide detailed technical explanations, and participate in client meetings to address technical queries and build trust. Daily tasks include supporting solution design, coordinating with technical teams for feasibility and integration, and ensuring proposed solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with customer expectations. The role also involves providing technical support during the sales cycle, contributing to documentation, and gathering feedback to help improve products and services. Qualifications Candidates should know about KNX system and have experience in it Profieciency in (AutoCAD-Excel-word) bacheloar degree in Mechatronics or related fields possess strong Presales and Sales skills, with experience in preparing proposals, delivering presentations, and supporting the sales cycle. Candidates should possess solid Technical Support skills, including troubleshooting, customer-facing assistance, and post-sales technical guidance. Candidates should possess Integration skills, with the ability to design and coordinate solutions across smart home, security, and other technical systems. Candidates should possess Security-related skills, including awareness of security standards and best practices for smart home and integrated solutions. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Experience in smart home technologies, interior solutions, or construction Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work on-site in New Cairo, manage multiple opportunities concurrently, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Show more
