We’re Hiring: Customer Support Specialist (US Shipping Account) Looking to build a long-term career with guaranteed salary progression and comprehensive benefits? We are hiring Customer Support Agents for our US Shipping account in Plaza - New Cairo! Compensation & Salary Breakdown Net Salary: Up to 20,000 EGP Basic Salary: 13,600 EGP KPI Variable Bonus: 6,400 EGP (euro equivalent) Overnight Allowance: +90 EGP per overnight shift after 6 PM for males Guaranteed Salary Progression: 6 Months: +10% increase on Basic Salary 1 Year: +5% increase on Basic Salary 18 Months: +15% increase on KPIs 24 Months: +10% increase on KPIs Work Schedule Working Days: 5 Days/week (Fixed Sunday OFF + 1 Rotating OFF) Shift Rotation: Between 2:00 PM and 7:00 AM (Females up to 2:00 AM maximum) Transportation: Covered across Cairo & Giza (Door-to-door transportation provided for females after 11:00 PM) Key Responsibilities Supporting US customers via voice channel regarding parcel delivery inquiries and logistics tracking.
