About the Job

Role Description The HSE Officer at Diniz Adient Egypt will support and implement health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations. This full-time, on-site role is based in Ismailia and involves conducting regular workplace inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits, as well as identifying hazards and recommending corrective actions. The HSE Officer will develop and deliver safety trainings, maintain HSE documentation and incident reports, and participate in investigations to determine root causes and preventive measures. The role also includes coordinating with operations and management to integrate HSE standards into daily activities, monitoring adherence to procedures, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Collaboration with external regulators, vendors, and internal stakeholders is required to ensure a safe and healthy work environment. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Health & Safety and Workplace Safety skills, with practical experience in implementing safety programs. Candidates should possess Environment Health and Safety (EHS) expertise, including knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance practices. Candidates should possess Occupational Health knowledge, with the ability to identify and manage work-related health risks. Candidates should possess recognized professional certifications such as NEBOSH or equivalent safety qualification. Candidates should possess knowledge of local HSE laws and regulations, and experience with risk assessment and incident investigation. Candidates should possess strong communication and training skills, with the ability to influence and promote a safety culture across all levels. Candidates should possess good analytical and reporting skills, including attention to detail and proficiency in using office software tools. A relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Show more
