Role Description The Human Resources Specialist will work on-site in Al Manşūrah in a full-time capacity, supporting HR operations and employee lifecycle processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include administering HR policies, managing personnel records, coordinating employee benefits, and assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding. The role involves handling employee queries, supporting performance management and disciplinary procedures, and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations and company standards. The Human Resources Specialist will collaborate with management to maintain a positive work environment, support staff development initiatives, and contribute to HR reporting and continuous improvement. Qualifications Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in day-to-day HR operations. Ability to develop, interpret, and implement HR Policies in alignment with company objectives and legal requirements. Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and employee communication. Experience in Personnel Management, including maintaining accurate employee records and supporting performance processes. Relevant bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Solid understanding of local labor laws and regulatory compliance in Al Manşūrah and the surrounding region. Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work discreetly with sensitive information. Proficiency with HR information systems and standard office software; prior experience in retail or fashion environments is an advantage. Show more
