About the Job
- Deliver engaging and interactive PHRi and/or SPHRi certification preparation sessions. - Develop and deliver training content aligned with the latest HRCI exam content outlines. - Explain complex HR concepts using practical business examples and real-world case studies. - Prepare and facilitate practice questions, mock exams, and interactive learning activities. - Assess participants' learning progress and provide constructive feedback. - Support participants in developing the knowledge and exam-taking skills required for certification. - Maintain high standards of training quality and participant satisfaction. Qualifications & Requirements - Valid PHRi and/or SPHRi certification. - Minimum 10 years of professional HR experience. - Minimum 5 years of professional training or facilitation experience. - Previous experience delivering PHRi or SPHRi preparation courses is strongly preferred. - Strong knowledge of operational and strategic HR management. - Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills. - Proficiency in English. - Ability to deliver both online and in-person training sessions.
