Role Description The Tour Operator role at Sun Pyramids Group is a full-time, on-site position based in Giza. This role is responsible for organizing and coordinating guided tours, managing daily itineraries, and ensuring smooth logistics for individual and group travelers. The Tour Operator handles reservations, confirmations, and booking modifications, while communicating clearly with guests, hotels, transportation providers, and internal teams. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries, preparing tour documentation, updating schedules, and resolving service issues promptly and professionally. The role also involves promoting available tours, providing accurate information about destinations and experiences, and maintaining high service standards that reflect the company’s focus on cultural immersion and premium hospitality. Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in Travel & Tourism, including familiarity with Egyptian destinations and cultural attractions. Ability to organize and support Guided Tours, with attention to detail in itineraries, logistics, and guest safety. Proven Customer Service skills, with a focus on clear communication, problem-solving, and guest satisfaction. Experience managing Reservations and bookings, including tour packages, accommodations, and transportation. Basic Sales skills to promote tours and services, upsell experiences, and support revenue growth. Proficiency in relevant tour management or booking software, and good MS Office skills. Fluency in English; additional languages (such as Arabic or other major tourist languages) are an advantage. Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced hospitality environment in Giza. Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, or travel operations; a related diploma or degree is preferred. Show more
