Telesales Representative

Role Description This full-time, on-site Telesales Representative role at Amr Group Tire Supplies & Trading Co. (LLC) is based in Qesm El Omrania. The Telesales Representative will handle outbound and inbound calls to promote tire products and related services, qualify leads, and convert inquiries into sales. Daily responsibilities include explaining product features and pricing, preparing basic quotations, updating customer records in the system, and following up on open opportunities to meet individual and team sales targets. The role also involves answering customer questions, resolving minor issues or directing complex matters to the appropriate team, and coordinating with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure accurate order processing. The Telesales Representative will participate in ongoing training, share customer feedback to improve processes, and maintain a professional and respectful communication style with all customers. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear telephone etiquette and the ability to explain products and offers effectively. Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, manage complaints, and provide a positive customer experience. Candidates should possess Sales skills, such as lead qualification, upselling, and closing deals, with an interest in meeting and exceeding sales targets. Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including openness to ongoing coaching, product knowledge development, and sharing best practices with colleagues. Relevant experience in telesales, retail sales, or call-center environments is beneficial. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or call management systems are advantageous. Ability to work on-site in Qesm El Omrania and collaborate effectively with a diverse team. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or sales is a plus.
