Senior SAP FI/MA/CA Consultant (Bridge & Enablement Lead)

Location: Cairo Office Contract Duration: 6 to 8 Months Open Positions: 6 to 8 Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week Engagement Type: Fixed-Term Contract Job Summary We are looking for 6 to 8 experienced SAP Consultants specializing in SAP FI (Financial Accounting), MA (Management Accounting / Controlling), and CA (Contract Accounts Receivable/Payable - FI-CA) for a 6 to 8-month contract engagement. In this critical hybrid role, you will act as the strategic bridge between our internal team and our external implementation partner. You will work across our Cairo office as well as on-site locations in Ismailia, Port Said, and Suez, overseeing deployment and driving comprehensive end-user training to ensure our teams are fully equipped for long-term self-sufficiency. Key Responsibilities Bridge & Liaison: Act as the primary functional communication channel between our internal teams and the external implementation partner, translating business needs into technical specifications. Multi-Location Operations: Coordinate and execute project tasks flexibly between the Cairo office and our operational sites in Ismailia, Port Said, and Suez. Manufacturing-Centric Alignment: Apply deep manufacturing industry expertise to configure and validate SAP FI, MA, and FI-CA workflows (covering plant accounting, overhead controlling, cost accounting, and high-volume billing). Partner Oversight & Quality Control: Work side-by-side with the implementation partner to review solution designs, validate test scenarios, and ensure deliverables meet local Egyptian standards. Training & Enablement Ownership: Take charge of the post-implementation training strategy, designing user manuals and conducting extensive hands-on coaching to upskill internal staff. Go-Live & Hypercare Support: Guide teams through data migration, cutover, go-live, and post-implementation support under a 6-day workweek schedule. Requirements & Qualifications Experience: 5+ years of hands-on SAP functional experience focusing on SAP FI, MA, and FI-CA. Industry Background: Mandatory experience in the manufacturing sector, with a strong grasp of plant and industrial financial workflows. Mobility & Schedule: Fully comfortable with a 6-day workweek and willing to travel/work flexibly between Cairo, Ismailia, Port Said, and Suez. Client-Side / Bridge Experience: Prior experience acting as an intermediary between a client organization and third-party implementation partners. Training Excellence: Proven track record of conducting high-impact user training and knowledge transfer workshops. Communication Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English. Contract Terms Duration: 6 to 8 Months fixed-term contract.
