برجاء العلم ان مقر العمل سوف يكون من حدائق الاهرام- الجيزة الاجازه الاسبوعية : الجمعه Job Description Onboarding new clients Manage the customer experience cycle from applying to card issuance and delivery. Manage the day-to-day operations resulting in a consistently high-level of performance, efficiency and quality Lead a process of continuously improving performance through a combination of effective processes, leadership, training and system development SME onboarding, Supplier onboarding, card delivery, payment & card operations, and call centre operations to ensure quality standards are met, and process improvement goals are achieved Perform against established objectives and develop corrective actions and improvement plans Manage customer service-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction Be responsible for operational compliance with relevant local and international Rules & Regulations Implement operational processes Job Requirements Experience in operations within payments (e.g. banking or fintech) is a plus Knowledge of and experience with prepaid cards and know-your-customer regulations in Egypt is a plus Proven experience in Egyptian payment schemes and networks, in particular, related to the issuance of cards Deep understanding of payment scheme compliance and integrations, disputes, and settlements Exceptional organisational and time management skills Ability to make objective decisions, organise workflows, prioritise, and deliver high-quality A structured and organised way of working Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to think out of the box English Language, Excel and Strong Show more
