Job Title : Product Engineer location :📍 Cairo, Egypt | Full-time | Hybrid We’re looking for a hands-on Product Engineer who can take a digital product from idea to launch, combining product management, full-stack development, UI/UX design, and DevOps. You’ll work across the entire product lifecycle, translating business needs into product features, designing intuitive user experiences, building scalable applications, and managing deployment and ongoing improvements. Key Responsibilities - Product Management: Define requirements, user stories, feature priorities, and roadmaps; validate ideas and align development with business goals. - Full-Stack Development: Build and maintain frontend interfaces, backend services, APIs, and databases. - UI/UX Design: Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and intuitive, responsive interfaces. - DevOps & Deployment: Manage environments, deployment pipelines, hosting, monitoring, backups, and application reliability. - Quality & Optimization: Troubleshoot issues, improve performance, implement testing practices, and continuously enhance the product based on user feedback and data. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - Experience building and delivering end-to-end software products. - Strong full-stack development skills across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases. - Familiarity with cloud hosting, CI/CD, deployment, and production monitoring. - Understanding of UI/UX design principles and prototyping tools such as Figma. - Knowledge of product management fundamentals, including requirements gathering, prioritization, and agile methodologies. - Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills. - Ability to work independently, take ownership, and balance business needs with technical execution. Nice to Have - Experience in startups or SaaS products. - Experience with AI integrations, automation, or third-party APIs. - Familiarity with analytics tools and product performance metrics.
