Role Description The Training Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo. This role involves designing and delivering training programs, facilitating workshops, and conducting skills assessments for learners and client organizations. The Training Consultant will collaborate with clients to identify training needs, customize learning solutions, and provide consulting support on training and development strategies. Daily activities include preparing training materials, leading sessions, gathering feedback, and continuously improving course content. The role also includes supporting participants with guidance, responding to inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure high-quality learning experiences. Qualifications Strong Training & Development and Training skills to design, deliver, and evaluate effective learning programs. Consulting experience to analyze client needs, propose tailored solutions, and advise on learning and performance improvement. Excellent Communication skills to present complex topics clearly, facilitate discussions, and engage diverse audiences. Customer Service orientation to build positive relationships with learners and clients, respond to feedback, and ensure satisfaction. Experience in instructional design, adult learning principles, and workshop facilitation. Ability to work on-site in Cairo, manage multiple training projects, and meet deadlines. Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, HR, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools; fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage. Show more
