Role Description The Production Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Hurghada, responsible for overseeing day-to-day production operations within the resort’s facilities (such as F&B, events, or entertainment productions, depending on assignment). This role plans and schedules production activities, allocates resources, and ensures that services and outputs meet quality, safety, and cost targets. The Production Manager coordinates with departments such as procurement, maintenance, housekeeping, and front office to align production timelines with guest needs and resort events. Daily tasks include monitoring workflows, addressing operational issues, supervising production staff, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining documentation, reporting performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations. Qualifications Experience in production or operations management within hospitality, tourism, events, or a related service environment. Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities. Proven leadership capabilities, including team supervision, performance management, and staff development. Solid understanding of quality control, workflow optimization, and resource allocation in a service-oriented setting. Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and make data-driven decisions to improve production efficiency and service standards. Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and interacting with guests when needed. Familiarity with health, safety, and hygiene regulations relevant to resort operations and a commitment to safe working practices. Proficiency in basic office and scheduling software; experience with resort or production management systems is an advantage. Relevant educational background in hospitality management, production/operations management, or a related field is preferred.
