About the Job
We are expanding our team and are currently seeking an Experienced Business Developer to join our organization and support our growth in the construction and engineering consultancy sector. Key Requirements: 3-5 years of proven experience in business development within the construction, engineering consultancy, or related technical fields. Strong understanding of business development functions, including lead generation, client acquisition, proposal preparation, and contract negotiation. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors. Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written) are mandatory. Ability to identify new market opportunities and contribute effectively to the company’s growth strategy. Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
