Role Description The Application Developer Senior Supervisor (.NET & AI LLM) is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, responsible for leading a team of developers in designing, building, and maintaining enterprise applications. This role oversees the development of .NET-based solutions, including backend services, APIs, and integrations with databases and internal or external platforms, while ensuring secure, scalable, and maintainable code. The supervisor coordinates AI and LLM-related initiatives, such as integrating language models into existing systems, optimizing performance, and collaborating with data and AI teams to deploy and monitor AI-enabled features. Daily activities include reviewing technical designs, conducting code reviews, mentoring team members, managing development sprints, and ensuring adherence to best practices, performance benchmarks, and security standards. The role also involves close collaboration with product, operations, and infrastructure teams to gather requirements, resolve issues, and deliver reliable applications that support Xceed’s BPO and CX services. Qualifications Strong Software Development and Programming skills, with hands-on experience in .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core) and related frameworks. Solid understanding of Databases, including relational database design, SQL, performance optimization, and data security practices. Proficiency in front-end technologies such as Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), HTML, and JavaScript frameworks for building user interfaces. Experience with Integration, including RESTful APIs, microservices, middleware, and connecting applications to internal and third-party systems. Practical experience working with AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), including integration, prompt design, and monitoring of AI-powered features. Demonstrated ability to supervise and mentor development teams, manage projects or sprints, and enforce coding standards and best practices. Show more
