Our technology mirrors our people - Smart, Innovative & Forward Thinking www.geidea.net To maintain a competitive advantage as we grow, we are currently looking for a new "Cyber Security Manager" Job purpose: The purpose of this role is a key role responsible for contributing to managing and enhancing the geidea’s cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance programs. This position will ensure that the organization adheres to regulatory requirements, manages cybersecurity risks effectively, and maintains robust governance frameworks to protect its information assets. Responsibilities: Contribute to and maintain the cybersecurity vision and strategy to ensure Geidea’s information assets are adequately protected. Build, lead and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures to ensure effective governance across the organization Oversee and lead Cyber Security Governance, risk-assessment, and compliance across Geidea Contribute to establishing a governance framework to oversee and guide the cybersecurity strategy and initiatives Lead information security governance Lead information security audits, whether by performed by organization or third-party personnel. Measure and monitor the maturity level of established security programs and existing controls, including conducting periodic assessments to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. Serve as the process owner of all ongoing activities related to the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information and resources of customers, business partners, employees, and business information, in compliance with the organization's Cyber and Information security policies. Governance: Develop, implement, and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures. Support the establishment of a governance framework to oversee cybersecurity strategies and initiatives. Assist in aligning cybersecurity governance with overall business objectives and regulatory requirements. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage cybersecurity risks to protect the company’s information assets. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and controls. Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to evaluate the effectiveness of cybersecurity measures. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g. PCI-DSS) also a baseline understanding of Egypt regulatory standards. Coordinate audits and assessments by regulatory bodies and external auditors. Develop and maintain documentation and evidence to demonstrate compliance with cybersecurity regulations and standards. Training and Awareness: Develop and implement cybersecurity training and awareness programs for employees. Promote a strong cybersecurity culture throughout the organization by raising awareness of cybersecurity risks and best practices. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with IT, legal, HR, and other departments to integrate cybersecurity GRC practices into business processes. Communicate cybersecurity risks and compliance issues to various stakeholders, including executive leadership. Continuous Improvement: Monitor the effectiveness of the cybersecurity GRC program and identify areas for improvement. Stay current with emerging cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies. Qualifications 5-8 years of experience Certifications: CISM, CISSP Experience in cybersecurity architecture design. Experience in Egyptian banking regulations, and PCI-DSS is a must.
