Job Purpose Develop high-quality visual assets by translating brand requirements into creative designs, ensuring consistency, clarity, and strong visual impact across all brand communications, packaging, and marketing materials. Key Responsibilities: Brand & Content Development: Review visual assets for compliance with brand identity systems (logo usage, typography, color application) and ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all channels Marketing & Campaign Visuals: Produce creative and persuasive visuals—including banners, posters, online advertisements, and digital graphics—to support marketing campaigns, improve promotional effectiveness, and increase brand visibility Packaging & Product Design: Incorporate brand identity into packaging layouts, product labels, and retail displays while aligning with printing specifications, material constraints, and regulatory standards Digital Content: Design engaging visual content tailored for digital platforms, e-commerce, and social media channels Corporate & Internal Communications: Support internal brand engagement and corporate communications by designing internal newsletters, corporate templates, executive communications, training materials, and corporate announcements Event & Exhibition Design: Develop event branding, exhibition booths, signage, invitations, stage backdrops, and presentation templates for both internal and external company events Resource Optimization: Organize digital asset libraries and design files systematically to enable efficient retrieval and reduce duplicated efforts Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with external vendors by preparing print-ready files, specifying production requirements, and reviewing proofs to ensure final outputs meet technical standards NPD Support: Support New Product Development (NPD) launch readiness by creating product packaging, promotional visuals, and mockups Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field .Experience: 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with 2–4 years within a marketing or communications environment Proven experience in packaging design and artwork adaptation. Strong knowledge of print production and prepress processes. Advanced Adobe Illustrator skills, with proficiency in Photoshop and InDesign. Experience preparing print-ready artwork and working within brand guidelines. Experience creating packaging and promotional materials. FMCG or food industry experience, preferably in food packaging. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Show more
