About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Agent to join our Dubai Account team in Abbasia, Cairo. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering high-quality support and resolving inquiries in a professional and timely manner. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with customer service or call center experience looking to build a stable career within a supportive, performance-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via voice and Email channels. Diagnose and resolve technical and non-technical issues. Escalate and follow up on complex cases to ensure complete resolution. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance overall customer satisfaction. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Customer Service or Call Center experience is required. English proficiency at B1+ level or above. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a structured, target-driven environment. Flexibility to work rotational shifts.
