Role Description The Indoor Sales Rep, Ceramics & Porcelain role is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. The individual in this role will welcome customers to the showroom, understand their needs, and recommend suitable ceramics and porcelain products, including tiles and related materials. Day-to-day responsibilities include explaining product features, prices, and availability, preparing quotations, processing orders, and coordinating with inventory and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery. The role also involves maintaining product displays, updating product knowledge, handling customer inquiries by phone and in person, and following up on leads to close sales. The Indoor Sales Rep will work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets, support promotional activities, and ensure a professional and customer-focused experience. Qualifications Strong customer service and sales skills, including the ability to engage customers, understand needs, and close deals. Basic knowledge or willingness to learn about ceramics and porcelain products, including features, applications, and quality standards. Effective communication skills in spoken and written Comfort working in a showroom or retail environment, with attention to product presentation and cleanliness. Ability to work full-time on-site in Cairo, Egypt Proficiency with basic applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, point-of-sale or ERP systems) for order entry and reporting.
