Open Roles Mid-Level HR Generalist Cairo, Egypt Hybrid Full-time Overview You will be the operational owner of HR at GrowthLabs Group — running recruitment, employee relations, performance, and compliance while shaping a culture that scales with us. Key Responsibilities Run end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. Own onboarding and offboarding experiences across all entities. Manage employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution. Coordinate performance management cycles, OKRs/KPIs, and learning & development. Ensure HR compliance with Egyptian labor law and maintain accurate HRIS records. Requirements 3–5 years as an HR generalist, ideally in a fast-growing tech or services company. Solid knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices. Strong interpersonal skills with discretion and empathy. Experience with HRIS/ATS tools and HR analytics.
