Role Description This full-time, on-site Airline Customer Care role is based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid and focuses on supporting airline customers with high-quality service. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries about flights, reservations, ticket changes, and travel policies via phone, email, and chat. The role involves handling complaints, resolving service issues, and providing accurate information about airline procedures and options. Team members will follow established scripts and guidelines, document interactions in internal systems, and escalate complex cases when necessary. The position requires adherence to performance metrics, collaboration with supervisors and peers, and maintaining a professional, empathetic approach with every customer. Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English at B2 level, and the ability to listen actively and respond professionally. Customer Service skills with a focus on empathy, problem-solving, and managing high-volume, fast-paced interactions. Knowledge or experience in Airlines and Aviation, including familiarity with common airline procedures, terminology, and customer expectations. Minimum of a graduate-level education (bachelor’s degree or equivalent) and the ability to learn and follow detailed processes and systems. Comfort working on-site in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid, with flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by airline operations. Strong computer literacy, including navigating multiple systems, typing efficiently, and maintaining accurate customer records. Previous experience in contact centers, travel, or hospitality is beneficial but not required; a customer-focused mindset is essential. Show more
