Role Description The Section Head – Production is a full-time, on-site role based in Desert of 10th of Ramadan. The role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day production operations, including organizing and monitoring manufacturing activities to meet targets in line with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The Section Head plans and schedules production runs, coordinates resources, and ensures efficient use of equipment and materials. This role leads and develops production teams, resolves operational issues, and collaborates with quality, maintenance, and supply chain functions. The Section Head also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, cost optimization, and compliance with GMP and company policies. Qualifications Strong production planning and scheduling skills, with experience aligning production forecasts and capacity. Demonstrated expertise in production management and operations management in a pharmaceutical or related manufacturing environment. Proven team management capabilities, including supervising, coaching, and performance monitoring of production staff. Experience with budgeting, cost control, and resource optimization within a production setting. Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related scientific or technical field. Good understanding of GMP, safety regulations, and quality systems in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and process improvement mindset.
