We're Hiring | Quality & Infection Control Specialist Company: HSI – Health Systems Innovation Location: Mansoura, Dakahlia, Egypt Workplace: On-site About the Opportunity HSI is seeking a qualified Quality & Infection Control Specialist to join a hospital project in Mansoura during its licensing and pre-operational phase. The successful candidate will support the establishment and implementation of healthcare quality, patient safety, and infection prevention and control systems, ensuring operational readiness and alignment with applicable healthcare standards. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement quality management and infection prevention and control policies, procedures, and documentation. Support hospital licensing preparations and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. Establish patient safety, risk management, incident reporting, and quality monitoring processes. Develop infection control protocols, risk assessments, surveillance procedures, and monitoring tools. Conduct internal audits, identify compliance gaps, and coordinate corrective actions. Deliver staff training on quality, patient safety, and infection prevention practices. Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to support hospital operational readiness. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant healthcare discipline. Relevant professional training or certification in Healthcare Quality and/or Infection Prevention and Control. Practical experience in hospital quality management and infection control. Good knowledge of Egyptian healthcare regulations and applicable GAHAR standards. Experience in hospital licensing, establishment, or pre-opening preparations is highly preferred. Strong documentation, communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
