Role Description The Robotics Instructor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Alexandria, Egypt. The instructor will design and deliver robotics courses and workshops, introducing learners to core concepts in robotics, programming, and STEM through structured lessons and hands-on projects. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, creating instructional materials and lab activities, demonstrating equipment and tools, and guiding learners as they build and test robotic systems. The role involves assessing learner progress, providing constructive feedback, and adapting teaching methods to different skill levels to ensure an inclusive and supportive learning environment. The Robotics Instructor will also collaborate with the training team to refine curricula, stay current with emerging technologies, and participate in events or initiatives that promote engineering education. Qualifications Strong knowledge of robotics concepts and applications, including basic mechanics, sensors, actuators, and control systems. Experience delivering training or instruction, with the ability to structure courses, facilitate workshops, and support diverse learner needs. Solid foundation in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) education, with the ability to connect theory to practical, hands-on activities. Programming skills relevant to robotics (e.g., C/C++, Python, Arduino, or visual programming environments) and familiarity with common robotics platforms or kits. Effective communication skills, including clear technical explanation, active listening, and the ability to engage and motivate learners. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Previous teaching, mentoring, or lab supervision experience in an educational or training center environment is an advantage.
